1. What we collect

We collect your name, email address, team preference, and predictions when you spin. We also collect payment data processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

2. How we use it

Your data is used to process your spin, display your results on the leaderboard, send you emails about your account, and improve FLARE. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data storage

Data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the EU. Stripe stores payment data under PCI DSS compliance.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. To exercise your rights, go to your Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account, or email us at hello@flare.app.

5. Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie (flare_token) to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party ad cookies.
